Waldorf Birthday

It is KryptoMart's 50th birthday today, so as a treat, afternoon tea in the Waldorf Astoria - The Caledonian, was in order. I have never been in this hotel before and it is very impressive.

The afternoon tea was magnificent, but it was the service that made it, very attentive but friendly and relaxed at the same time. There was so much to eat that some of it has come away to be eaten later.

A real 5 star establishment for afternoon tea and I would recommend it to all.

The weather was brilliant too, very warm and sunny, which was ideal for an open top Edinburgh bus tour earlier in the day.
