Thank You

It's so easy for me to get bogged down at work, and at this time of year I really struggle to get motivated. I think it's after the buzz at Christmas I feel kinda flat in January.

This was sent in by someone who left before Christmas, who wanted to thank everyone for the experience she had with us. I have it pinned beside my desk and I'm going to keep it there as a wee reminder that we do make a difference. It's too easy to forget.
