Glorious

Simply unbelievable day here - amazing sun and real heat with it too. Its about 24 degrees in the kitchen even with the door and windows open!

Finally got around to finishing the key lime pie and it is now cooling off a bit more in the fridge. Cannot wait to dig in later as it looks (just about) perfect. That and a glass of icy cold elderflower fizz will be great.
