Hoist the Jolly Roger!

Roger McGuinn (ex-Byrds) has a song called 'Jolly Roger' which he sings a bit over enthusiastically in a cod jolly jack tar voice. This flag was flying over a cadet training ship in the Muirton Basin. Didn't see any pirates, though.
