Rescued

Here's Rupert, a friend's new dog. I met them out on a walk this morning. Rupert and another female Doberman were bought from Hungary over the Internet, and then left in a yard with no exercise and little food. Thankfully, instead of letting him starve to death, the owner took him to a rescue centre. My friend has had him for 12 weeks and he has put on weight and looks a lot happier. I was surprised at how affectionate he is. He has to be kept on a lead just now as he is liable to run off and not come back when called (and I suspect he would be difficult to catch!).
