She'll have a Speight's....

My Dad drinks Speight's , hence the box sitting on my office floor, and Nina can't resist a box to investigate! It has been great having a Dad here for the past week. He and Dave went and watched the Crusaders play the English last night and really enjoyed the atmosphere at the game even though our team lost! I have been struggling with a migraine for a couple if days, which is annoying as I was doing so well after regular sessions with an Osteopath . Have to say that it is not as severe as usual so I do think things are improving. And only one migraine in over two months is so much better than how I was getting them.
