Pretty crappy day.

Failure of a run with the boys at 8:15. Made it 3 miles before I died.

Home to watch Portlandia and House.

Mother flipped on me so no bed bath and beyond.
Ryan to the rescue to drop off Mrs. Mills' plant.
I will miss her.
Bought Ryan and Josh ices.

Sometimes you just have to decide you don't want to screw up anymore. That's now.
More yelling by mother.

Home for the evening to work on my new idea. A lot of work. I'm tired.
