Race for Life at Lister Park to raise money for cancer research.

The Bradford parkrun ladies ( well the Bradford parkrun ladies and me )


As always it is a very humbling day to witness women of all ages run, jog, walk round the park. All with their own goal, all with their own story, all with their own emotions .

To anyone who says they can't exercise: tell that to the lady we saw doing this course whilst breathing from a portable oxygen tank .
