Northern Ireland Chinese Welfare Centre

Chinese Premier is currently in the UK for a visit, with billions of pounds of contract to sign. Not sure how much will really promote mutual understanding and benefit socio-culturally for the common public, and groups in need of support, such as the NI Chinese Welfare Centre, in which Anna Lo used to lead as the chair.

Strengthening commercial tie may take an immediate but short-term effect. It really takes time to firm up relationship and mutual respect.
