Toasted!

Whoops! I thought it didn't smell right when supposedly "baking" this cake - after 20 mins I discovered I'd been diligently toasting it by mistake!

However, a quick return to baking mode then a final bake with the two halves out of their tins and upside down to bake the underside and...hey presto :)

It was just fine and this was the last but one slice...now no more slices at all.
