Robbie

Had bought tickets to see Robbie Williams at the new(ish) arena in Leeds tonight - got them ages ago. The late night on Saturday was still taking it's toll so the last thing I felt like doing after a day at work was rushing off to a concert.

So glad I did though - it was great. He may be 40, he may be struggling to leap about for hours like he used to, but the swing stuff was fabulous. He is still a showman, and we did get treated to a few of the oldies - with the obligatory Angels near the end!

Was impressed with the arena - it's pretty much in central Leeds, looks a bit squeezed in. We were in the top tier and I felt a bit dizzy when we first got up there but the seats are comfy and there is leg room, and once it started it was fine.

My only gripe - the queue for the ladies at the interval, and the concert was over too soon!
