Y7 Trip out

I love all the colours in this - it almost looks like Vegas doesn't it?

In actual fact it's the local Gurdwara Sikh Temple where I went with a group of Y7 students today. I'd never been to one before and was amazed by the decor and the warmth of the hospitality was amazing.

I learnt a lot too about the holy book and the routines of the Sikh religion.

Unfortunately the parents of some of the youngsters would not allow them to go on the visit. Very sad.
