They brought a digger.

The guys arrived this morning to fix our power cut problem.

It turned out to be a problem with the meter connection in the cellar and the electricity was flowing once again by 11.30am. Fortunately the digger was surplus to requirements.

The electricity had been off for approx. 13hrs and my main concerns were
1. The Freezer
2. The fridge
3. Frankie (the lizard)

All seems ok and the guys who came to fix things were very helpful.
As I could not wash my hair this morning (no hot water) I have fashioned a 50s style turban from one of my many scarves. It is a look I am not too sure about.

Jeff is night fishing tonight so I can watch football and read in bed :-)))))
