Spotty

This Orange Harlequin Ladybird (Harmonia axyridis ) was sunning itself on my Japanese Rainbow Maple this morning.

There are so many variants of the Harlequin; this one has 17 spots. There are reds, blacks, yellows, oranges with various numbers of spots and different heads.
