Adam is back off to Japan tomorrow to try and sort out his visa problems (and, of course, to see Chisa). As it was his last night here, he cooked a Japanese dish,
Okonomiyaki - a sort of cross between an omelette and a pancake. Chisa had brought the ingredients with her when she visited but we didn't get around to cooking it, so he thought he'd do it before he left. Although he wasn't too sure on the exact method, it turned out just like the real thing. Thanks Adam!

I hope this is the last time I'll have to mention it for a while, but we had more snow today so no work again. Campus isn't open until at least tomorrow lunchtime so another slow start to the day. At least I can wave goodbye to Adam.
