Daff love!

Av bought me these Daffodils this week and they flowered beautifully. Daffs are my favourite flower! They always make me smile!

I remember the first time Av bought me daffs. It was my birthday 7 years ago. We had only been seeing each other for about 10 days and I could not believe she had found daffodils in January!

You do seem to be able to get daffs earlier and earlier every year! Although I was told the other day that the worst of the weather would soon be over as "I've seen the first green shoots in the grass!" Made me laugh, it's January for goodness sake!
