Graceful

This lovely swan and I met when I was walking home from the bus stop after work. I'm fairly sure that she thought I had something to eat for her as she kept coming closer when I approached the edge of the water. Unfortunately I had to disappoint her but I'm glad she did swim closer because it allowed me to get a few better pictures of her with my compact camera, which is the only one I had with me.

I'd hoped to have a nice lie in on my day off tomorrow but that is not going to happen as I've been asked to come in to replace a colleague. I don't really mind doing it. It's just that I'd been looking forward to the lie in.
