Wild flowers
I was really cross with the council when they covered perfectly good grass with weed killer and turned it yellow. I didn't realise they'd got plans to sew wild flowers on it !I pass them every morning when I walk Teddy and they are just starting to come into bloom.
Its my usual day off today.
Rafi had a psychology session in Sheffield this morning with Sarah, she's been helping him compile a 'book' about his experience since being ill, so that he has something for reference as he has very little memory of the year following his brain injury. He has coped well talking with her, looking at scans and learning about what actually happened in his brain and why he has been affected as he has. I don't know why, but it still makes me tearful this think about what he's been through.
After school we went swimming with Kiera.
Nina finished her GCSE's today hoorah! She celebrated by having her nose pierced, booo! ( she's 16 and she's always wanted he nose pierced, so she told me)
Had a bit of a power walk with Alison this evening, we are bith desperate to lose some weight for our holidays!
