Puppy Watching

I am sure Hugo has a death wish. He usually lets Harley catch him, then meows like he is being hurt (and Harley is biting him quite hard) but when I go and rescue him he doesn't run away!

This time however, he is watching him from the safety of the garden table. I really hopes he learns soon to stand up for himself soon, it's a bit concerning at the moment.
