The Earl's gaff

While in Edinburgh today for a training course I popped down Croft-an-Righ to see where I used to live when I worked in the garden at Holyrood Palace in the 1970s. This lovely old house is down the end of the lane by Holyrood Park and was built for the Earl of Moray in 1588. We lived in the top half.
