Eggstreme..

..occasionally we get a misshaped egg. I don't think it's the same hen laying them, as we only get them occasionally. The egg inside is OK, just the shell that's funny.

Banked the money from the dance, and then down to the lodge to weed a bed and plant some lettuce, around 250 plants. That's about 500 down there now, and they're coming on nicely. It started raining as I was planting the last tray, and I got a bit wet. It will water them in though..

G showed me the head from his strimmer, which he'd managed to get a nail stuck in and bent. So bad he couldn't get it out. I brought it home, and 10 minutes later, had it fixed. I took it back down after I'd been to the Dr's, to find he'd ordered a new head costing £164. Oh well..

Phoned the Dr's this morning for an appointment for a medicine review. Suggested 3:00 pm but changed it to 3:30 as I had a few jobs to do.. That's service, not the "is two or three days OK" that we got down South.

Tanni has a split in a pad, so been soaking it in salt water.. She's limping a bit..

I'm now expecting a call at anytime with news of Mum..
