Keep on moving

Need to keep moving,
Some days slower than others,
Step by step by step.

Slow day today...maybe the weather being ridiculous, maybe I just used too many spoons having a nice lunch yesterday...whatever it was meant I didn't get to work till getting on for lunchtime and subsequently stayed late which subsequently meant Stella's dinner was late!

Wanted to increase my pedometer steps target again today but it's looking unlikely and what extra I can manage are going to be indoors I think.

Oh well, that's Monday nearly done :)
