D Hotel - Gocek

We arrived late at night and to be honest weren't sure what the hotel was like, the staff seemed really friendly and there were a lot of them, but looking out into the darkness what appeared to be concrete style brutalist buildings didn't really excite us.
Morning has arrived and it's a splendid place really interestingly designed with the concrete fascia actually bleached wood.
The really great thing is that we have a 50m long pool outside our terrace, ours is the on the corner of right hand side of frame, so I took the opportunity of a few lengths before breakfast.
In the distance just beyond the fence is a really beautiful natural marina with the most fabulous yachts.
It's easy to love this place.
