On the shady side of the street.

The old village of Beaumes de Venise where we went this morning to taste and buy some of their special sweet wine.
One of my favourite villages in this area, of which I have many!
Another lovely day. Sunny with a slight breeze. Perfect.

After coffee and a walk up to the old ramparts, we came back to have a light lunch.
Very tasty pate with salad, and cherries, apricots and peaches for dessert, and
of course a chilled rose wine!

Sat out in the shade on the terrace.. ( both fell asleep!)

Now have to decide whether to eat in or walk down into the town for a meal at one of the many restaurants.
( It's a hard life!)

As usual having problems with wifi. So very slow when it decides to work.
