Spraying

19.8C starting with some cloud then clearing to a sunny afternoon. Light breeze.

Apothecary7's day off for this week has extended her holiday by an extra day.

Just before we left to go to M&S for coffee and dinner for tonight I noticed this tractor going back and forth in the field across the road that passes the side of our house. The big arms of the spraying equipment were extended and the spray was visible. I went downstairs and got my camera and took a couple of shots from our bedroom window. I managed to zoom enough to avoid the lamp post, and the 'no footway' sign, and catch the action.

We took Maeve the Deerhound for a walk when we came back. Usual route down the field to the shore, although we walked in the little ditch next to the first row or potato plants to avoid the bridle path which needs cut/mowed even more than our lawns do.
