MonoMonday: Through the (Car) Window (Ooooops)

I initially took this shot first thing this morning on my routine walk, but when I got home I found it was Monday – so back I went with the car and took the shot again – through the car window.

This ooooooops happened yesterday afternoon (Sunday). A local farmer was transporting a very large trailer load of potato crates and pallets when the trailer brake hydraulics burst, leaving the tractor brakes to try and slow him down for the corner . . .

Well he made it round the corner – just thank the heavens no one was coming from the opposite direction (where the photo was taken from) ! The tractor and trailer were recovered yesterday, what will happen to the boxes we’ll just have to wait to see.
