A Shift In Time.....

So today we started our latest photography project which will be mainly camera based and focused on the subject of time.
The first thing we did was take our cameras and play around with the shutter speed. We used a variety of different settings from 1/30th of a second to 1/4000 of a second. In order to test this I had Shaznay (The beautiful model in the picture) wave her hand as fast as possible in the picture and then used the different shutter speeds to see how much motion blur there was for each setting.
This was taken at 1/4000 of a second and so was the most focused of the three I took.
The main problem with this image was that it was supposed to be a arty picture but as you can see it is a bit basic and simple. Hopefully my next shoot will be a bit more interesting...
