Sour dough

I seem to be in the doldrums just recently with blipping, remembering just before midnight.

I have played in a concert in Bramley Park which was on the cool side , but at least it didn't rain.. Poor Mr H cooked for me getting home even though it was Father's Day.

This is my sour dough bread proving. Could do with being baked tonight but think Iat need to take the risk and leave it till the morning.
