A treat.

The purple ring was my treat to go with my birthday prezzy ring. I'm not sure if they look ok together. They are supposed to be stacked but I'm not sure.

All last night when I went to the loo when I got up my right knee kept giving away because there was a sharp pain shooting through it.
Today when I tried to get up from a sitting position it hurt. So one if the girls got an ortho surgeon to have a look.

Looks like I've got tendonitis and wear and tear. So now I'm on ibuprofen even if it feels ok for a week. If it doesn't go I've got to let him know after a week.

Just another thing to add to my list of ailments of being a nurse.

And it's blinking cold.

Good thing that happened today -

Apart from the pain it was a good shift.
