Eiders . . .

Yet another bird blip - I seem to taking a few recently! Love the way the male is studiously ignoring the females!

Busy in the village hall with the book sale at the Fathers' Day soup and pudding lunches - the books were 5 for £2 and we made £130 so a good result. Rang Dad who was home for the day and having roast beef and all the trimmings for dinner! Lovely to hear him so happy, even if he is rather vague and confused. Looking forward to seeing him in a couple of weeks time too!
