Chicken Tikka Masala

I haven't made this for years, but as we had picked up some organic free range chickens from our friends Seth and Tarah, I decided to roast one Tandoori style and then use the meat for the result in today's close up. Went down well with some Aloo Gobi and naturally fermented naan bread with Kefir. I love Indian food!
