Beer Can Chicken

It's Fathers Day in the UK, so I cooked a big fry up for a late breakfast and let hubby have a go at something he's fancied cooking on the BBQ for ages - Beer Can Chicken, you put a whole chicken over a half tin of beer, pop it on a baking tray and cook it in the BBQ for about 1.5 hours - it was gorgeous, cooked brilliantly and so moist, yummy xx
