Poppies again.

Went for a cycle ride out to Queensferry with A. The birds were singing, and the flowers were blooming, the sun was not quite shining, but it was a warm day all the same.

We had Sunday lunch at The Hawes Inn, which was plentiful and tasty and good value for money. Though next time I think we'll sit a bit longer before heading back out on the road because the first steep hill out of Queensferry was twice as hard on a full stomach.

I need to make a list.

I think I will go and do that now.
