New PB

This is a picture of my friend and me after completing the Martock 10k race today. It was a warm one.

We both got new PBs!
Mine was 52:52 - over 2 mins faster than my previous! (Worth my parkrun sacrifice yesterday- see my 14/06/14 blip!)

To top it all our finishers "medal" was a bottle of local cider. That's Somerset for you!
