worn out

A classic (well, if you owned a road bike in the 80s anyway, which is when I got it). It's been on various bikes over the years until semi-retired to the bike-bit drawer before being rescued for the commuting bike. Unfortunately I think it's days are numbered. There's got to be many thousands of miles done on this, how many exactly I'm not sure but probably upwards of 5000.

Amazingly durable... I wonder if they're still made...

Cycling in London is actually pretty civilized and not nearly as bad as I'd been led to believe. This could be down to careful route choice but to be honest that's what I would expect any cyclist to do. Nearly at 350 miles commuting in London, should only be a few more weeks to get to 500.
