Baynesfield Mountain Bike Race today

This is B trying to pull the bramble thorns out of my hands! It was a very hairy race and for some unknown reason I left the single track and rode through a bramble bush. (These black berry bushes are dreadful aliens and are taking over large parts of the veld) It was very painful but you have so much else to think of that I did not falter in my quest to get to the end as quickly as possible. As you can see its a very dry, brown mid winter day.
