Some to drink now, some to drink later?!

We're off to a friend's 60th birthday celebration today. What do you buy?

We settled on some wine to drink now, and some to drink later. But for "later" they'll have to tend the vine, harvest the grapes and then make the wine themselves. Seems fair, doesn't it?!
