Father's Day Treat

Andy, youngest son and middle offspring, very kindly treated me to a round of golf at St Pierre, near Chepstow for Father's Day. It's a tough yet picturesque course and the weather was kind which made for a very enjoyable morning, despite the score!! Andy won everything, points accumulated, nearest the pin and longest drive. I guess that's my 'fault' for bringing him up to be competitive; but respectfully so I might add.

This capture is of the 17th green straight ahead and the 18th green in front of the clubhouse to the right. For those who appreciate the game of golf, the last hole is a 236 yard par 3 across water to an elevated green the back of which is out-of-bounds - I very gladly walked off with a 4!
