Yep, Aberdeen indeed.

World Cup weekend over. A couple of days to recover, tidy up, do some garden. And off to Aberdeen. Hostel living (quite like the hostel, some familiar faces from last week, ironing of shirts ... a lot of folk ironing their shirts for work, a lot of folk living in that hostel rather than holidaying). And a couple of days of Elf and Safety, tick those boxes, get those tickets for offshore possibilities.

First day done. Off to the beach evening time. Little swim pool by the beachside for a quick swim. Kiddies pool so more like a float about. The swim pool attendants told me there's a new 50m pool in Abz though, so will need to go hunting for that next time. And some chips on the beachfront with the enormous seagulls looking for a share. And a little chill time, the sound of the waves, so nice.
