If you like the flavours of India cuisine but without the heavy sauces, or at least the guilt of them, then you must go to Indish on SW 21st between Everett and Flanders. It was explained to me buy the owner, Raj, that the food is Indian home style cooking as opposed to the typical curry house style that most are used to. All the food is made by his wife and everything from scratch - they don't have freezers. We had a fabulous dinner there. Not cheap but thoroughly tasty and we'll be going there again for sure. Kim and I have had a string of good experiences this last week. It's got to end soon I'm sure.
