Moon Boot

I'm not really sure how it happened. One moment I was having a great day, just walking normally down the street and the next moment I'm flat on my back with an ankle I can't put any weight on.

I was part of a stag party if that helps clarify things.

Anyway, I now have a sprained ankle and an avulsion fracture. Should heal up fine but it means I'm stuck with this monstrous boot for the next two weeks.

I feel very guilty that my pregnant wife now has to drive me around town. As if she doesn't have enough to deal with! Although I guess you could argue that it will be good practice for having a baby.
