Another wonky skyline

And the first outing for the dinghy this year.

Before all that though there was lots of activity today. Tennis for Will and then Clare came over to go for a run with me. It was really very good to go for a run with someone else for one and when that person is super fit but happy to do everything at my pace and to deliver entertaining chat, it was great. And we ran for the full 5k which was a first for me, with a few carefully managed stretches of walking. And she said it was fine if I only ran twice this week instead of three times, so I am happy. And we made up for at least one of the walks because she made me run an extra 100 metres at the end, so actually 5.1 k! Quite happy all round with it.

But it did leave me quite nackered and I had a fair number of jobs to do before 4 o'clock. By the time we got to the beach to meet our friends for a BBQ I had had enough. But a good amount of sitting down with sone wine sorted all, we left at 9 and now I feel happy and relaxed.

But really not up to staying up to watch a blummin football match- I would be very happy to watch it if it were a few time zones closer but I think this is one I will find out the result in the morning. Much to Jay's disgust.
