16 years ago today Joshua was christened. Today he ran for Sheffield in the South Yorkshire Schools 1500m. He ran a personal best in 4 minutes 16 seconds. More than 5 seconds faster than ever before - this is a lot in running terms. His grin at the end was wonderful.
Ben climbed up Great Gable today.
