91 years of Unmarked Graves

I visited my Parents & relations Graves today as it's Fathers day tomorrow.
I walked slowly down to my Mother's Grave where my Dad's Ashes are also buried, wondering if I was going to burst into tears as I did the last time I visited.
No tears, but shear disbelief as I saw this New Grave Stone fairly close to my Mother's Grave.
OMG! It say's "This stone is placed to the Memory of PATIENTS of HELLINGLY HOSPITAL who lie here in unmarked graves 1903 to 1994"

Total Disbelief!!!!
Didn't these People deserve a decent burial? Didn't they have relations?
Such a sad & upsetting demise. :o(
