Running!
I have been struggling with my runs the last couple of weeks! I just either don't have the time or when I do get out the energy! I'm finding it hard to get past two miles which is annoying as I've done a couple of 6 mile runs recently! And what's frustrating is that the problems are mostly in my head! Need a good talking to and a kick up my behind to motivate me...or better still a running partner!
