Stop sit a while

Have always loved this room at my Ma and Pa's house.

There house is over a hundred years old and it has been my family home, since I was 7, so for some 35 years.

It's been a work in progress and completely redecorted in that time. Seen us kids grow up in it and now the grandies visiting.

When build by the first owners, the house was sourround by orchid and the road that runs along the side of the house did not exist til many years later. The lounge, was origianlly called the hammer room. It was named this, as the owener kept hitting his finger when building it with his hammer. The original children of the house, were very rarely allowed into the room and it is where the family piano was housed.
