Blue Ridge

We went for a hike today to Apple Orchard Falls. The falls were nice but my daughter and I like the layers in this picture of the mountains.

Blipping has improved my powers of observation. I see birds and bugs, mushrooms and architecture that I completely overlooked before. Even if I'm not armed with my camera, I take note and experience the world around me.

It's like I was asleep and am waking up to a beautiful new day.
