Friday 13th

I waited around for the full moon over the sea tonight.... Got lots of closeups with big lenses but I just preferred the reflection in the sea tonight. It reminded me of a pathway to heaven....

It also reminds me of the path ahead of us and about the importance of living each day. I got a call from Georgetown in South Africa today from my friend's wife to tell me my friend has been diagnosed with "pre terminal" cancer of the larynx.... I looked it up...Definition of PRETERMINAL : occurring or being in the period prior to death...

Spent the day contacting mutual friends.... and watched (and enjoyed) the sun go down in magnificent defiance of the sometimes cruelty of nature...just saying
