My first macaroons

I decided to give the Nigella recipe for pistachio macaroons a go this afternoon, to share with some special people.
I need to learn:
* how to use a piping bag and nozzle (reverted to spoon - hence very varied sizes)
* how to count to 40
* how to divide icing 40 ways

But they tasted good and are a new, very welcome addition to the gluten-free repertoire. Been requested for an upcoming birthday too.
