I put the finishing touches on one of Katie's playsuits first thing as she was adamant she wanted to wear one today. This shot is an outtake from the official ones for the pattern designer!

They had an exciting morning at nursery. A policeman came to visit them. He brought the car, used the sirens and lights of course and did his little talk about strangers and not going outside of their houses/gardens. Katie liked it. Like the rest of the class, largely because they got a little branded flag. It took a while to remember what he actually said.

She made a wonderful back to front and upside down card for Grandad today and proudly gave it to him. They had tea with us. I then had to put her in the shower for the second time of the day as she'd been covered in suncream, glitter and other preschool wonders. She washed up with Granny and did a jigsaw with Grandad before snuggles with Mama ready for bed.
